Since 2003, Claudia Rankers has been the owner of Rankers Family Office, a multi-family and entrepreneurial office that provides comprehensive support for all financial, operational and private matters of its clients. She and her cooperation partners value the entrepreneur as a pragmatic visionary with commitment, creativity, expertise and quality. ‘Entrepreneurship is my passion!’ she says.

Claudia Rankers is an expert in asset structuring, capital investments, real estate purchases and financing, company start-ups, capital and investor procurement, growth strategies and the preparation of company sales and succession. As a graduate in banking and finance, EFA European Financial Advisor, Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Generation Advisor (CGA) and Certified Foundation and Estate Planner (CFEP), she develops individual solutions and concepts.

Since 1994, Claudia Rankers has been volunteering to promote ‘Frauen im Beruf und Unternehmen’ (women in the workplace and in business). In 2014, she became chairwoman of the Rhineland-Palatinate State Women’s Council. Her recipe for success: interdisciplinary cooperation with business, science, politics, and society. Visibility of role models, best practices, knowledge transfer and active networking are further success factors and deliver concrete results. In 2021, she was awarded the Rhineland-Palatinate Order of Merit for 27 years of voluntary work.

Claudia Rankers has founded a network of female entrepreneurs and authors, among other things. She is the initiator of the nationwide award ‘Erfolgreiche Frauen im Mittelstand’ (Successful Women in SMEs), which was held for the fourth time in 2025 in cooperation with Prof. Dr. Nadine Kammerlander from WHU (www.frauen-im-mittelstand.de). With the FAZ book series ‘Frauen schaffen Zukunft’ (Women Create the Future), she has highlighted the topics of sustainability (2021), start-ups (2022), business succession (2023), values (2024) and, this year, innovation with over 200 authors.

As an initiator, publisher, author, advisor, mentor, member of various juries and consultant, Claudia Rankers contributes her expertise and networks both operationally and on a voluntary basis. She is regularly in demand as a speaker and panelist, as well as for podcasts.

With all these measures, Claudia Rankers aims to empower men and women in small and medium-sized businesses, highlight successful female entrepreneurs and promote sustainable corporate management.
