Stefanie Asbe

In 2006, Stefanie Asbe started her career in key account management at Hays AG after completing her business law studies and MBA.
From recruiting to sales, she passed through various stations and successfully managed her own sales unit.
In 2013, she moved to the then newly founded unit “Strategic Sales Management”. Since then, she has initiated and supported strategic projects in the key account environment. In addition to her work in the Hays Social Selling Matrix Team, she is a member of the Diversity Council and is responsible for the topic of supplier diversity. Stefanie is married and has 2 daughters. She lives with her family in Frankfurt am Main.
