Auditorium

Description:

The auditoriums are seated for up to 60 participants.

Procedure:

We would like to ask you as a speaker / panel participant and / or host to arrive at the auditorium at least 10 to 15 min before the start of your lecture / panel discussion .
A technician will be available on site and the moderator and/or speakers can be equipped with a headset. Table microphones and a handheld microphone are available for the participants for discussions.
Please note that herCAREER will not moderate the event.

Presentation devices
For presentations or a background slide, please bring your files on a laptop. There is no laptop available on site.

Career-MeetUp, Expert-MeetUp, Future Talks & Innovation Labs

Description:

Here the participants meet specialists and managers from human resources and special departments, top managers, experts and mentors, founders, entrepreneurs, investors, customers and personalities from politics who share their knowledge, because the MeetUps / Talks / Labs allow a qualified and valuable exchange on a specific topic in small groups.

Procedure:

We recommend a short introduction to yourself and the topic you submitted which is communicated online at www.her-career.com/en/program
Please make sure the participants at your MeetUp / Talk / Lab can ask questions. The format is designed for an exchange at eye level.

Duration:

Each MeetUp: max. 45 minutes
We recommend an impulse of max. 20min, leaving 20 to 25 minutes for a professional and personal exchange.

Location:

The MeetUps / Talks / Labs take place at special designated areas as well as at the exhibitors’ stands.
Special designated areas in hall 2: D.05, F.05, G.08
Special designated areas in hall 3: H.15, J.02, P.01, P.16

Special designated areas
On the designated special areas 12 headphones will be available per MeetUp/Talk/Lab. These will remain in the area and must be returned after each slot when leaving the special area.
We recommend a maximum of 12 participants (incl. sparring partner). It is deliberately not a classic lecture format. Presentations are not desired. The participation takes place on site without prior registration according to the principle
“first come, first served”. Access will be regulated by a host.

Job-Offer-Talk

Description:

The Job-Offer-Talks support the dialog between applicants and companies regarding a specific job offer or a job in a special department. This encourages the participants to face new challenges because they get in touch with team members, the new supervisor or the HR manager and exchange views before they apply! In a personal dialogue they learn more about the career and development opportunities in the company.

Procedure:

We recommend a short introduction about yourself, and the job offer you are going to talk about. Please find the topics at www.her-career.com/en/program
Please give the participants in your Job-Offer-Talk the opportunity to ask questions. The format thrives on exchange at eye level.

Duration:

Every Job-Offer-Talk is max. 45 minutes.

Authors-MeetUp

Descrition:

At the Authors MeetUps, authors present their latest book in 40-minute intervals. There are around 20 seats available for listeners.

Procedure:

As an author we would like to ask you to be at the Authors-MeetUp area at least 10 to 15 minutes before your slot. On site our technicians will equip you with the microphone.
Every author will be introduced by a moderator. The moderator will coordinate the details of the procedure with you in advance.
No presentation devices:
There are no other presentation devices or tools since we want to support the direct exchange with the participants.

Duration:

A maximum of 40 minutes is planned for each Authors-MeetUp.

Ort:

The Authors-MeetUps take place at the stand C.06 in hall 2.

Podcast-MeetUp

Description:

On both days of herCAREER Expo, podcasters will record live episodes of their podcasts in the special Podcast-MeetUp area. The Podcast-MeetUp area is seated for round about 20 participants.

Procedure:

We ask the moderator and interview guests to arrive at the Podcast-MeetUp special area approx. 10 to max. 15 minutes before the recording.
A technician will be there to equip you with a microphone.
No presentation devices: There are no other presentation devices or tools since we want to support the direct exchange with the participants.

Duration:

A maximum of 40 minutes is planned for each Podcast-MeetUp

Location:

The Podcast-MeetUps take place at the stand P.06 in hall 3.

LiveTrainingCenter

Description:

LiveTrainingCenters are special areas at herCAREER Expo. The presentations by participating trainers, coaches and consultants are largely interactive and involve the participants. The diverse content ranges from personality and skills development to insights into SEO, mentoring and start-up advice as well as work-life balance. Afterwards, there will be the opportunity to get answers to more in-depth questions at the exhibition stands.
Around 20 seats are available for the listeners. Participation takes place on site without prior registration on a first come, first served basis.

Procedure:

As a speaker at the LiveTrainingCenter we will provide you with:

  • 2 headsets
  • 1 hand microphone
  • 55 inches screen
  • 1 flipchart

A laptop is not available. If required, please bring your presentation on a laptop.

Entry is only permitted with a speaker’s badge.
Your speaker’s badges allows you to visit the expo free of charge on both days
of the exhibition.

FREE COFFEE & TEA

We would like to point out that, as a speaker, you will be served free coffee and tea at the barista bars in halls 2 and 3 with your exhibitor pass. All you need to do is show your speaker pass to be served free of charge.

You will find the two barista bars at the end of the hall at the transition between hall 2 and hall 3 (see floorplan)

FOOD & beverages

On the exhibition grounds there are the following options for consuming food (at your own expense):

Restaurant: located in the foyer across from Hall 3
Kiosks: hall 2 and 3

Please note that all food and beverages in the restaurant and at the kiosks are at your own expense.

Expo Matching

As a speaker, you will have the opportunity to create a personal matching profile when you receive your badge.

  • You define the topics on which you offer and/or seek exchange.

  • The start is on 25.09.2025

  • Matching will occur in multiple rounds. If you want to make the most of the maximum number of matching rounds, activate your profile early.
