Anna KaiserVP EMEA, Innovation & Strategy, Phenom & Founder and CEO, Tandemploy - a Phenom company
Member of the Council for the Future of Work, Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, and business angel at encourageventures e.V.
As the founder and former CEO of a multi-award-winning tech startup, Anna Kaiser has consistently thought outside the box over the past nine years, developing smart digital solutions in an extremely fast-paced yet human-centric work environment. She encourages individuals and organizations not to limit themselves to theoretical thinking but to follow up good ideas with bold actions that can fundamentally change our working world. It is not the machines that drive the digital revolution, but the countless wonderful people in companies with their experiences, talents, curiosity, and ability to learn. As a sparring partner, Anna pushes the boundaries of utopian thinking with those who are equally eager to question the status quo. By thinking big and working smarter (rather than harder), we pave the way to the new world of work. As an author, speaker, and host, Anna invites others to rethink work and bridge the gap to a good life. Digitalization, female leadership, tech, and new work are some of the topics she is passionate about, and she advises stakeholders in politics and business on these matters, such as being a member of the Advisory Board for “Young Digital Economy” at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, a founding member of the Ethics Board for HR-Tech, or chair of the “Future of Work” department at the Federal Association of the Digital Economy. With the founding of the tech company Tandemploy in 2013, the all-female investor network encourageventures in 2021, and the merger of Tandemploy with the global tech company Phenom in 2022, Anna Kaiser has demonstrated more than once what is possible when we dare not only to conceive a better working world in theory but also to tackle it with heart and mind.
