Mina Saidze (*1993) is a multiple award-winning entrepreneur, data expert, writer, and one of the most prominent figures in the digital scene in this country. She grew up in Hamburg as the daughter of political activists from Afghanistan and works in the field of big data and artificial intelligence for high-tech startups and corporations.

In October 2023, her non-fiction book “FairTech: Rethinking Digitalization for a Just Society” will be published by Bastei Lübbe.

With Inclusive Tech, Mina Saidze founded the first consulting and lobbying organization for diversity in tech and AI ethics across Europe. Additionally, she is highly sought after as a keynote speaker, including engagements with Google, FAZ, and SAP. The trade magazine t3n hailed her as a “Digital Pioneer,” and Forbes magazine included her in their “30 under 30” list in 2021. Furthermore, she received the Digital Female Leader Award from Global Digital Women and the Emotion Award.
