Miriam Yung Min Stein is a journalist and book author who lives with her family in Berlin. She was born in South Korea in 1977 and grew up in a German family as an adopted child. She has worked in theater with Christoph Schlingensief and Rimini Protokoll, wrote for the Süddeutsche Zeitung for ten years, and was the cultural editor for the German edition of Harper’s Bazaar. Today, Miriam Yung Min Stein is a freelance author, speaker, and writer-at-large for the German edition of Harper’s Bazaar.
Miriam Stein always considered herself an old soul in a young body – a testimony of youthful idealization from today’s perspective.
