Vita: Işıl Uysal Calvelli is a professional coach, co-founder of BeCoach Academy, and a life-meaning maker through her writing and speaking. Işıl coaches individuals and organizations to transform unfulfillment into meaning, motivation, and autonomy. She is also a coach trainer, helping people develop a coaching mindset through International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coach training programs so they can be the best help to others. Işıl believes work to be the medium of human generosity and development and inquires the question "How can we prosper through our work?". Her book The Gift of Being Unfulfilled at Work and her podcast Unique Careers, Unique Lives are products of this inquiry. Prior to coaching, Isil has worked in multinational banking corporations as a senior manager in project management, product management, digitalization, and customer experience. She was always interested in bringing creative ideas to the service of people which she continues in her current work. Isil is originally Turkish, currently lives in Munich, Germany.

Her professional background is in Human Resources. Elena worked in an International corporation as a People Development Manager, HR Director_Central Asia and HR Support Manager, responsible for leadership development in the Easter Europe region and later in a much wider territory from Norway to Laos. During the last 9 years, Elena has been working with Leaders from nearly all over the world, coaching, facilitating, mentoring and consulting on a variety of topics like Leadership Development and Team Management, Effective Communication and Conflicts Resolution, Performance Management and Engagement.
