Von kleinen Ideen zu groĂźen Innovationen
Zu sich selbst stehen, seinen eigenen Weg zu gehen und dafür neue Ideen zu entwickeln und zu verwirklichen, das waren schon immer meine Antreiber und Motivatoren. Aber Selbstvertrauen muss man lernen und stärken, am besten durch positive Erlebnisse. Dafür müssen wir aber selbst aktiv werden und dürfen uns nicht durch Niederlagen verunsichern lassen. Hierbei ist es dienlich, eine „nicht aufgeben“ Mentalität zu entwickeln. In meinem Vortrag gebe ich einen Einblick in meinen Alltag als Ingenieurin in der frühen Konzeptphase und warum ich eher Prototypen selbst baue und entwickle, anstatt meine Zeit mit PowerPoint & Meetings zu vergeuden und wie mir gesundes Selbstvertrauen dabei geholfen hat.
