Details about the speaker Yomna Elfaramawy
Vita: Geboren und aufgewachsen in Kairo, verschlug es Yomna nach ihrem Bachelor in Elektrotechnik für den Master nach München. Schon während des Studiums sammelte sie von 2010 bis 2016 ihre ersten beruflichen Erfahrungen im Beratungsmanagement. Nach der Gründung eines eigenen Softwareunternehmens in Dubai führte sie ihr Weg schließlich im Jahr 2017 zu Hilti, wo sie zunächst in Deutschland im Vertrieb startete. Neben Vollzeitjob und Familie schloss sie 2021 ein weiteres Studium, ihren Executive MBA, an der TU München ab. Heute ist Yomna als Teamleiterin für den Bereich „Solution Business“ für das Customer Success Management verantwortlich. Gemeinsam mit ihrem fünf-köpfigen Team legt sie den Grundstein für das Life-Cycle-Management-Konzept für Software (ON!Track) sowie für den Tool Service (Flottenmanagement). Privat ist Yomna ist stolze Mutter der beiden Töchter Yasmin und Mariam. Ihr Geheimrezept für innere Balance: Regelmäßiges Yoga, Tennis und eine Auszeit beim Lesen von Romanen oder auch gerne mal des Harvard Business Reviews.
