She started as a working student in communications at Airbus in July 2018, consequently she joined the communications department in January 2020 where she worked as a communications advisor for the Airbus Defence and Space sector, in April 2022 she then joined the Employment Marketing department.

Vita: Christine Riedmann is HR Specialist and mother of 3 kids with a high focus on values, purpose and cultural fit. She is a Business Psychologist with 20 years of experience in an international working environment. During her career she managed the Employment Marketing and Recruiting activities on multiple locations, managed more than 50 HR projects, coached several teams and individuals to discover and live shared values and bring leadership to a value driven level. She enjoys giving lectures to students in her free time at Hochschule Fresenius Munich and is engaged in developing leaders in social institutions. She is a mountain lover, lifelong learner, fully convinced that values are not nice to have but essential for shaping healthy working cultures.
