How to develop future skillsets in your organization through tailored continuing education programs
iscussions about future skills and new technologies and their relevance for an organization are often hampered by a lack of common understanding about their concrete definition. How can we contribute to a consistent level of knowledge and promote the transfer into everyday professional life? In my presentation I will present some possible formats and methods to promote future competencies – adapted to the corporate culture and the time availability of employees.

Vita: In her position as Team Lead, primarily for Customized Programs, Stephanie develops courses and different formats for companies and organizations in cooperation with the client and TUM experts.
Stephanie is a TUM alumna, where she studied business admiration and electrical engineering. Learning and development have been her passion ever since and she has been working in this field for more than 10 years – on both the supplier and the company side, e.g. at BCG. She has extensive experience from different perspectives in the development of continuing education programs, including EMBA programs, in the field of training and facilitation as well as in the design of modern elements of lifelong learning.
