Women as enablers for equality in male-dominated industries: Transformation through role models

For a sustainable future, diverse perspectives are crucial at decision-making levels. However, many leadership positions, especially in construction and real estate, remain homogenous. Lack of allies and role models hinders our growth. Therefore, I support the empowerment and increased visibility of women. Activism is necessary, but not everyone has the resources. We need initiatives and equality understanding. I lacked female role models in my career and during my studies, but self-inhibited for critical discussions. I now realize that change requires proactive action. At the meet-up, I’ll share my experiences, obstacles, and coping strategies as a liberal, social woman in this industry.
