Franziska Kipper-Schreyer lives what she does: communication is not just a job for her, but a calling. She has been Head of Communications at Bundesliga football club TSG Hoffenheim since 2025 and brings extensive experience from the media and business sectors to the role. Most recently, the 44-year-old was Director of Global Communications at Freudenberg Home & Cleaning Solutions GmbH (Vileda), where she was responsible for the company’s worldwide communications activities. Prior to that, she headed corporate communications at the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung for around ten years. Other positions included PAYBACK in Munich, Paris and Warsaw, the Breuninger fashion house and Stern magazine. Franziska Kipper-Schreyer studied modern German literature, business administration and communication science at the universities of Mannheim and Munich. She is also a trained systemic coach. She lives with her husband and two children on Bergstraße.
