For Franziska Kipper-Schreyer, communication is both her profession and her calling. For 15 years, she has combined solid expertise with the passion to guide people, brands, and companies on their communicative journeys.

At 41 years old, she worked for Payback in Munich, Paris, and Warsaw, as well as for the fashion house Breuninger in Stuttgart. She then transitioned to the media industry: first at the magazine Stern, and later at the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. Change processes are her specialty, and the transformation towards a working world with equal opportunities is close to her heart.

The native Swabian studied Modern German Literature, Business Administration, and Communication Science at the universities of Mannheim and Munich. Currently, she is pursuing a part-time training in systemic coaching at the Institute for Applied Psychology in Cologne. She lives with her husband and two children in the Bergstraße region.
