Jenny Gruner is a digital expert in B2B and an experienced leader. As Director of Global Marketing & Digital Business Transformation at Hapag-Lloyd, she is currently transforming the world’s fifth-largest container shipping company. There, she is responsible for implementing a digital scalable marketing model in 144 countries and driving digital transformation within the company. It is essential to develop a deep understanding of customers in order to better address not only global requirements but also local needs. She is convinced that such profound transformation can only succeed with everyone on board. This requires diverse and inclusive teams, agile organizational structures, and a cultural shift within the company.

As a bridge-builder between tradition and modernity, her passion lies in advancing digitization and innovation in marketing & sales to create the best customer experiences and to make B2B companies future-proof through digitization and AI.

In addition, Jenny is involved as an advisor at Who:In – The digital ecosystem for female founders, aiming to increase the proportion of female founders in Germany. She mentors young women in business and writes articles and columns on the topics of female empowerment and diversity, equality & inclusion.
