Karin Maria Schertler is the Chief Corporate Strategy Officer of the Serviceplan Group, Europe’s largest owner-managed agency group with approximately 6,000 employees worldwide. She is also a New Work pioneer, an expert in complex transformation projects, and the winner of the Mindshift Award 2022 by HANDELSBLATT as well as the New Work Award 2023 (XING).

She has always felt at home in many worlds. Her years of learning and travel took her to Paris, Münster, London, and New York. For more than 10 years, she was the managing director of renowned agencies and consultancies focusing on CRM and digital marketing. In 2012, she established the global internal consultancy of the Serviceplan Group, focusing on process design, business transformation, organizational development, culture, and New Work. From 2021 to 2024, she served as Chief People & Culture Officer, significantly shaping the Serviceplan Group’s transformation journey in this role.
