Katharina Hopp has been shaping the digital transformation at Robert Bosch GmbH for several years in various leadership roles. Currently, she heads the Business Unit “Business Team Mobility Solutions” in Global IT at Bosch, where she is responsible for the IT operations across the entire mobility sector at more than 120 locations. She has extensive experience in leading, transforming, and restructuring business areas at a global level.
She began her career at Bosch in the power tools division, holding various positions both domestically and internationally. Before transitioning to Connected Mobility Services, where she established the nucleus for urban mobility and digital sales at Bosch, she served as an assistant to the managing director for the building and energy sector. In addition to her involvement at Bosch, Katharina also coaches social start-ups, serves on the Climate Innovation Council of the city of Stuttgart, and is an advisor at Holzer GmbH and #SheTransformsIT.
