Katharina Hopp heads the Business Team Mobility Solutions business unit in Global IT at Bosch and is thus responsible for IT for the entire mobility sector at more than 120 locations. She has many years of experience in leading, transforming and restructuring business units on a global level. She started her career in the power tools division at Bosch in various positions in Germany and abroad. Before moving to Connected Mobility Services to build the nucleus for Urban Mobility and Digital Sales at Bosch, she was Assistant to the Managing Director for the Building and Energy Sector. Katharina is an expert in the field of Digital Transformation, Product Management and Marketing Strategies, both in the hardware and software and services business. In addition to her involvement at Bosch, Katharina coaches social startups, sits on the Innovation Council of the City of Stuttgart and on the advisory board of Holzer GmbH. She is also a passionate advocate for more diversity and more women in STEM fields.
