Dr. Irène Kilubi is a qualified industrial engineer and business consultant who has worked for renowned companies such as BMW, Deloitte, Siemens, and Amazon. After many professional experiences, she is now pursuing her personal passion and focusing on topics related to JOINT GENERATIONS, Community Building, and Corporate Influencer Strategy. In addition, she serves as an Expert Advisor for the European Innovation Council Accelerator of the European Commission. Dr. Irène Kilubi is a university lecturer in Digital Marketing and Entrepreneurship, serves on advisory boards (e.g., for Miss Germany or impulse ai), and is a sought-after keynote speaker and moderator at conferences and events.

In September 2023, Dr. Irène Kilubi was recognized as one of the Top 25 Future Makers in Germany by Business Insider and as a Xing Top Mind 2023 in the “Generations” category. Furthermore, in July 2023, she received the Audience Award at the Impact of Diversity Award and was named one of the Top 100 Women for Diversity by Beyond Gender Agenda in 2023. She was also chosen as one of the Top 10 Experts for Brand Communities by w&v in 2023. Dr. Irène Kilubi was awarded the title of “Xing Top Mind” in the Generation category in 2023, as well as in the Diversity category in 2022 and in the Personal Branding and Marketing category in 2020. She is a co-author of the double bestseller “Zukunftsrepublik,” which was featured in Spiegel and manager magazin in 2021.

For her Social Impact initiative, JOINT GENERATIONS, she has received the XING NEW WORK Award twice in 2021, taking first place in the category of Future Concepts and second place in the Audience Award category. She also secured the first place in the Impact of Diversity Award in the Age Inclusion category in 2021. Dr. Irène Kilubi was named the Zukunft Personal Face for 2022 and 2023 and serves as the podcast host for Zukunft Personal (ZP Diaries). Furthermore, in 2021, she was recognized as one of the TOP 10 FEMALE BUSINESS INFLUENCERS with a focus on “NEW WORK” by Strive Magazine.
