Maša Schmidt is Head of Marketing and a member of the Executive Board of SAP Germany. Before joining SAP, Maša Schmidt spent more than seven years at Microsoft, where she was most recently responsible for the deployment and use of modern workplace technologies in the role of Modern Workplace Lead Customer Success. She began her career at Europe’s leading creative agency Scholz & Friends after studying social and business communications in Berlin. Maša Schmidt was awarded the German Excellence Award as Manager of the Year in 2019. She is involved as a board member of the Values Commission – Initiative Werte Bewusste Führung (“Values Conscious Leadership”) and as an ambassador for the “Du bist Wertvoll” (“You are valuable”) Foundation.
