Von Arbeiterbienen und Schmetterlingen - oder: Wie wir Frauen wirklich etwas verändern können
Es gibt Frauen, die etwas verändern und „in Führung gehen“ wollen. Doch für einige ist es noch immer schwierig, diese Rolle in Unternehmen und Gesellschaft einzunehmen: Mal ist Frau zu empathisch, mal zu sehr „eiserne Lady“. Dabei geht es häufig darum, was notwendig ist, um den Frauenanteil in Führung zu erhöhen. Dazu kommt die Frage nach dem Wie und dem Warum: Warum ist es so wichtig, dass wir Frauen nach vorne gehen? Wie schaffen wir strukturelle und kulturelle Veränderungen um Frauen voran zu bringen? Was das alles mit Bienen und Schmetterlingen zu tun hat, werden wir gemeinsam beleuchten!

Details about the speaker Melanie Gauland
Vita: Nach dem Abitur studierte Melanie Gauland Pädagogik, Deutsch und Geographie im 1. Staatsexamen an der Pädagogischen Hochschule in Weingarten und ergänzte ihre Laufbahn mit einem Betriebswirtschaftsstudium an der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg in Stuttgart. Bis Anfang 2021 war sie in Unternehmen verschiedener Branchen wie Daimler TSS oder Constantin Media AG als Personalentwicklerin, -referentin und Personalleiterin / Managerin im Human Ressources tätig. Ab 2021 startete sie ihre Karriere bei der AKDB als Leitung Servicecenter Personalwirtschaft. Mittlerweile ist sie als Personalleitung bei der AKDB tätig.
