Sie sammelte ihren Mut und startete bei ASMPT durch: in 4,5 Jahren von der Werkstudentin zur Führungskraft. Verantwortung, Sichtbarkeit im Management und ihr Netzwerk brachten Erfolg. Details about the speaker Magdalena Wirthmann
Vita: Beruflicher Neuanfang mit 21 und ein Branchenwechsel dazu? Dass das geht, zeigt der Lebenslauf von Magdalena Wirthmann. Nach fünfjähriger Ausbildung zur staatlich geprüften Erzieherin ließ sie den sozialen Beruf hinter sich und startete ihr BWL-Studium. In den darauffolgenden zwei Jahren sammelte Magdalena neben dem Studium Erfahrungen in verschiedenen Branchen und war sowohl in kleinen als auch in mittelständischen Unternehmen tätig. Nach einem Jahr als Werkstudentin im internationalen Supply Chain Management bei ASMPT entschied sie sich, ihre Bachelorarbeit im Unternehmen zu schreiben. Sie implementierte und evaluierte neue Industrie 4.0 Technologien im C-Teile Management in der Maschinenproduktion. Seit ihrer Festanstellung 2018 ist Magdalena Teil strategischer Projektteams. Als leitende Projektverantwortliche optimierte sie die gesamte Prozesskette von Sales bis zum Versand hinsichtlich des Fehlteile-Managements bei der Auslieferung von Maschinenaufträgen. Im Jahr 2021 stieg Magdalena zur Teamleitung auf und ist mit ihrem globalen Team, verteilt auf Standorte in drei verschiedenen Ländern, verantwortlich für die weltweite Materialversorgung aller produzierenden Werke von ASMPT. Magdalena gibt jeder jungen Frau den Rat, mutig zu sein, über sich hinaus zu wachsen und sich stetig neu herauszufordern.
