„Sie dürfen nicht empathisch sein.“ Dieser Satz aus einem Führungscoaching begleitet Miriam bis heute. Seit sie 2002 bei einem Softwarekonzern ihre berufliche Laufbahn begann, war es ihr immer wichtig, Leistung im Team zu erbringen, Ziele gemeinsam zu erreichen und sich gegenseitig zu fördern. Doch gerade in traditionellen Umfeldern hat sie gelernt: Empathische, weibliche Führung wird vorschnell als Schwäche ausgelegt.

Vita: Miriam ist leidenschaftliche Entdeckerin dafür, wie Menschen und Unternehmen ticken und wie das informelle Miteinander im Unternehmen, die Unternehmenskultur menschlich wird und nachhaltig wirkt. Beim mehrfach als Great Place to Work® ausgezeichneten Frankfurter Beratungsunternehmen Campana & Schott setzt sie sich mit ihrem Team für nachhaltige Unternehmenskulturen und moderne Change-Ansätze ein.
Als studierte Organisationsentwicklerin, Betriebswirtin und Innovationsmanagerin vereint sie über 20 Jahre Führungs- und Beratungserfahrung in ganz unterschiedlichen Unternehmenskulturen. Sie war Leiterin des Enterprise Architecture Managements bei Wacker Chemie AG und Beraterin für die chemische und pharmazeutische Industrie im Fertigungsbereich bei SAP AG. Seit einiger Zeit verbindet sie ihre Erfahrung aus dem schnelllebigen IT-Umfeld und traditionellen Produktionsbereichen, um Unternehmen ganzheitlich menschlicher und wirksamer zu machen.
Wie es ist, als weibliche Führungskraft mit Hang zu herzhaftem Lachen und empathischem Zuhören den eigenen Stil zu finden?
