Den einen Karriereweg gibt es bei Hilti nicht. Mit über 15 Jahren Hilti Erfahrung in verschiedenen Fach- und Führungspositionen teilt Tina Bodien persönliche Erkenntnisse und gewährt Einblicke in ihre crossfunktionale Entwicklung im Unternehmen. Dabei erklärt sie ihre eigene Definition von Karriere abseits von Silos und warum vor allem Leidenschaft, Engagement und die eigene Persönlichkeit essenziell sind. Anhand ihrer Vita zeigt sie auf, wie stärkenbasiertes und kontinuierliches Lernen über Bereichsgrenzen hinweg die Grundlage dafür ist, aktuelle Themen immer wieder erfolgreich voranzutreiben.
Details about the speaker Tina Bodien
Vita: Aufgewachsen ganz in der Nähe vom Hilti Campus in Kaufering, war Tina Bodien das Unternehmen schon immer ein Begriff. Genau deshalb war es ursprünglich nicht ihr Plan, dort eine langjährige Karriere zu verfolgen. Heute ist sie trotzdem seit über 15 Jahren im Unternehmen und aktuell für das Thema Customer Experience für Zentraleuropa verantwortlich.
Nach dem Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens an der Hochschule der Medien startete Tina Bodien ihre Karriere in Controlling-Funktionen bei Bosch Thermotechnik und Daimler Chrysler TV. Anschließend folgte der Wechsel zu Hilti, zunächst als Strategic Pricing Manager, wobei sie sich rasch zur Führungskraft in der Finanz entwickelte. Ihre Abenteuerlust und Interesse für neue Umfelder führten sie dann ins Ausland, wo sie als Finance Business Analyst und Finance Business Partner in den USA tätig war.
Im Anschluss kehrte sie nach Deutschland zurück und erweiterte ihren Blick auf die Themen erst durch den Wechsel in den Vertrieb und daraufhin als Projektmanagerin im Finanzbereich. Später folgten leitende Führungsrollen im Kundenservice und als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung von Hilti Österreich mit Verantwortung für die Vertriebskanäle. Aktuell ist Tina Bodien seit 1,5 Jahren als Regional Customer Experience Impact Managerin tätig und in dieser Rolle verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der Konzernstrategie im Bereich Customer Experience in Zentraleuropa.
In ihrer Freizeit ist Tina Bodien reiselustig und eine begeisterte Outdoor-Sportlerin. Sie liebt es zu wandern, Tennis zu spielen, mit dem Stand-up Board oder Kajak auf dem Wasser zu sein und Rennrad zu fahren.
