Vita: Seit bereits 1998 übernehme ich vielfältige Führungsfunktionen im Konzern Versicherungskammer Bayern. Dabei machen mir meine Aufgaben zuallererst einfach unheimlich Spaß. Ich sehe meine Arbeit nicht nur als einen Job, sondern als echte Berufung, die ich aus Überzeugung und Leidenschaft mache. Bei meiner Arbeit habe ich immer die Menschlichkeit im Blick. Ich bin eine Menschenfreundin und arbeite gerne mit anderen zusammen. Aus meinem Ressort kommen unglaublich viele kreative Ideen. Wenn diese dann das Unternehmen im Kundenservice weiter voranbringen, gibt mir das auch persönlich sehr viel. Mit der Gründung durch König Max im Jahr 1811 können wir auf eine traditionsreiche und erfolgreiche Historie zurückblicken. Mit 13 Versicherungsunternehmen und drei starken Regionalmarken Versicherungskammer Bayern, Feuersozietät und Saarland Versicherungen sind wir der „Versicherer der Regionen“. Im Kranken-, Pflege- und Reiseversicherungsgeschäft sind wir mit den Marken Union Krankenversicherung und Union Reiseversicherung bundesweit tätig Damit wir auch eine erfolgreiche Zukunft haben, setze ich hinsichtlich der Nutzung digitaler Technologien ganz klar auf Moderne und Zukunftsfähigkeit. Vita: Seit über 15 Jahren bin ich Teil der Versicherungskammer und durfte einige Bereiche im Haus der 100 Berufe kennenlernen. Meine bisherigen Positionen in der Versicherungskammer hatten - wie ich mir schon im Studium gewünscht habe - immer kommunikative Schwerpunkte. Aktuell bin ich Abteilungsleiterin für den Bereich Unternehmenskommunikation - und das im Tandem mit meiner Abteilungsleiter-Kollegin. Zusätzlich dazu unterstütze ich aktiv Initiativen – wie etwa unsere Diversity-Arbeitsgruppe oder unseren Frauenroundtable. Ich lebe treu nach dem Motto "Es geht immer viel mehr, als man zunächst denkt!"

Vita: Kilian startet nach seinem VWL und BWL Studium im Mai 2017 als Trainee in der Versicherungskammer. Über seine Stationen im Bereich der Startup-Kooperationen und 2,5 Jahre als Vorstandsassistent verantwortet er seit diesem Oktober den Vertrieb der betrieblichen Krankenversicherung. Am meisten inspiriert ihn die Auseinandersetzung mit Innovationen und deren tatsächlichen Einfluss auf den Geschäftserfolg des Unternehmens.
