Radical Method for Conflict Resolution: Forget Yourself
Many relationship conflicts get stuck. Taking the first step to resolve them is often seen as weakness. But what if your relationships at work and in your personal life are more than a power play? What if the conventional wisdom of taking the first step is wrong?
In this meetup, Aigul will introduce you to an award-winning, radical concept from couples therapy. You will learn how to apply it in practice through several examples.
Then, life is about moving forward and not getting stuck in arguments between egos. Forget about yourself, think about the best objective result and act!
